The Comparative Genome Dashboard enables visual comparisons of the overall biological capabilities of one or more organisms from their genome and pathway annotations. Click on any of the graphs to obtain more detail about the genes and pathways behind that biological subsystem. The information presented in the Dashboard will depend on the levels of curation, accuracy, and completeness of the genome annotations.
